As of January 2023 we are introducing a 24 hour cancellation policy on all appointments booked at the clinic. Cancellations can be made via our online booking app (Beyond Beauty Galway) or by phoning the salon on 091 799392. If we do not answer please leave a voicemail and with your name, date and time of appointment and we will cancel this for you without charge once you are over the 24 hours.
Cancellations will not be accepted by email or social media as this will not always be seen within the 24 hours.
Late cancellation will be charged as follows:
Less than 24 hours – 50% of your appointment fee will be charged to your account.
No show or same day cancellation will result in 100% of your appointment fee will be charged to your account.
if you come late for an appointment we will do what time allows for but we may not have enough time to carry out the full treatment. However 100% may be chargeable to your account.

– Less than 24 hours cancellation will result in 1 session being forfeited from your account or 100 % of your appointment fee being charged to your account.
– Coming to an appointment that we are unable to treat due to false tan, natural tan, medication, unprepared areas etc will result in 1 session being forfeited from your account or 100 % of your appointment fee being charged to your account.
– if you purchase a package of laser treatments
( i.e lower leg bikini and under arm or bikini and underarm) these areas must be treated on the same session and cannot be split up. If you choose to not treat a particular area for any reason or we cannot treat a particular area for any reason a session on this area will be forfeited or still 100 % chargeable as we have allocated the time for this.
– if you come late for an appointment we will do what time allows for but areas that we do not have enough time to treat due to your tardiness a session on this area will be forfeited from your account or will be 100 % of the appointment fee will be chargeable to your account.
